What makes the taste of Da Miao Hot Pot stand out is the use of pure grapeseed oil that has been freshly prepared in Sichuan. Replacing butter as a vegetable oil, this gives the hot pot a more refreshing, natural flavour your taste buds will not tire of. Besides the traditional Sichuan soup base, we have mushroom, slow-cooked bone broth and tomato soup bases to go along with many ingredient choices.
